National Park College Veterans Assistance

P.A.T.H. (Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness)
Program is provided to support individuals with serious mental illnesses as well as individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Housing, diagnostic screening and therapeutic treatment for serious mental illness, case management services, job training, educational opportunities, referral for substance abuse, primary healthcare.
